Public Notice - Public Hearing Thursday, April 6th, 2023

The Housing Authority of the City of Richmond (HACR) announces that on February 21, 2023, it shall make available for public view a draft copy of components of its Five-Year and Annual Agency Plan per the guidelines of 24 CFR 903, a requirement of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998.

These documents will be made available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the HACR administrative offices located at 58 South 15th Street, Richmond, Ind.

HACR has scheduled a public hearing to be held on April 6, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the community room at the Merle Henderson Apts. 81 South 14th St. Richmond, Ind. At this time, HACR shall receive and consider any and all comments prior to the finalization of their agency plan for submission to HUD on or before April 17, 2023.
