In addition to the parking lot paving, sealing, striping, and apartment renovations agency-wide in October, HACR also had all 3 outdated HVAC rooftop units replaced on the Reverend James M. Townsend Memorial Building. By continuing to make many improvements agency-wide and also providing a beautiful, renovated, safe facility at the Reverend James M. Townsend Memorial Building that is leased to the Boys and Girls Club of Wayne County, Head Start, and Every Child Can Read; HACR partners with these and many other local businesses and organizations to proudly serve HACR families and local community!
