Notice of Five-Year and Annual Agency Plan

The Housing Authority of the City of Richmond (HACR) announces that on FEBRUARY 10, 2025 it shall make available for public view a draft copy of components of its Five-Year and Annual Agency Plan per the guidelines of 24 CFR 903, a requirement of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998.

These documents will be made available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the HACR administrative offices located at 58 South 15th Street, Richmond, Ind.

HACR has scheduled a public hearing to be held on March 28, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the community room at the Merle Henderson Apts. 81 South 14th St. Richmond, Ind. At this time, HACR shall receive and consider any and all comments prior to finalization of their agency plan for submission to HUD on or before April 14, 2025.
