Public Comment

The Housing Authority of the City of Richmond (HACR) announces that on June 1, 2023, it shall make available for public view a draft copy of the Public Housing Lease and Household Rules.

These documents will be made available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the HACR administrative offices located at 58 South 15th Street, Richmond, Indiana.

HACR has scheduled a public hearing to be held on July 3, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the community room at the Merle Henderson Apts. 81 South 14th St. Richmond, Indiana. At this time, HACR shall receive and consider any and all comments prior to finalization of their Public Housing Lease and Household Rules to the Board of Commissioners on or before July 10, 2023.
